Dungeon 6 Turn 31
————
The party meets up in the living room and swaps around a whole bunch of their equipment in preparation for the next big fight. Afterwards Ricki, Lara, and Macadamia climb the ladder back up to the tower, while Lohk remains where she is.
Just a thought re Pet Battle – can Daisy eat candies? 🙂
Yes but those are so nasty you might have to hide them in a piece of meat or cheese to get her to swallow.
Macadamia: Unlock the bat door, then bravely run away away to return to the living room. If unlocking the door was a free action, then loot the key in the living room while you’re there.
Lara: Equip your shield and charge into the room to use venom sting on one of the roosting bats.
Ricki: Charge into the room, directing the wolf spider to chase down a roosting bat as soon as you’ve got eyes on one. Once in the room, attack a bat with your longsword as soon as you can reach one. Prioritize a venom bat if there’s a live one for you to attack.
Wolf Spider: Attack one of the roosting bats.
Lohk: Loot the unlocked chest in the living room, then head down to the kitchen.
These actions should clear out a minimum of 2 bats this turn, with a possibility to take out three. Even if one of the four bats is a venom bat, this should make the combat safe moving forward, because it would reduce the total damage from 10 to 8 with the bat beast airborn and using its sonic attack. I’m also getting Mac ready to grab the keys next turn if he doesn’t get them this turn, having Lara loot the available chest in case it’s something of note, and getting Lohk into position to drop off the loot from the chest and/or eat the death touch wand.
Something else to consider afterwards: Have we examined the furniture? The fact that something was concealed behind the couch means it’s not just background details
Which one do you have in mind? The bookshelf ‘click’ moved the large sofa, and I suppose that’s as much as it could be with this sofa, unless you’d like to axe it to smithereens in search of something hidden inside. And the other red armchar is behind blue-doggy team, not readily accessible.
Still gotta search it for spare change in the cushions!
So what do you think are the chances of the kidney pincher being friendly?
Considering the ble-dog and bats have eyes matching the “pincher”, and that the blue-dog was ready to attack – zero percent.
