Dungeon 6 Turn 27
————
Most of the party heads back to the entrance. Lohk and Lara snipe two of the bats off the ceiling while standing on opposite sides of the room. The bats immediately swarm Lara, but she takes no damage. Ricki was ready to attack a bat that headed her way, but none of them do.
Macadamia beats up a skeleton all by himself, only to realize that none of his new friends were around to see it.
WELP looks like it’s Mac’s time to shine.
Macadamia: KILL THE OWL BEAR SOLO.
(I believe in the heart of the cards)
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Okay that was good
Ricki: Climb up the ladder and point and tell the Wolf Spider to Attack a Bat before you get to the top.
Lara: Go to the right room’s upper part and kill the Skeleton
Maca: Go down and attack a Bat.
Lohk: Cast Ray of Frost on another Bat.
Daisy: Attack another different Bat.
Wolf Spider: Attack the last Bat.
Explanation: Lara needs to go kill the Scorpion and the Skeleton is in her way, so why not kill it?
Getting Ricki up the ladder keeps her out of range so she won’t be attacked next turn on the way to the Scorpion. (I think we should have Lara, Ricki, and the Wolf Spider attack it next turn.) She doesn’t need to attack a bat because there’s 4 Bats and 4 characters attacking them. Everyone else attacking Bats gives them something to do. It’s not guarantee to kill them all because of the 30% Dodge chance, but we can kill them while we cave to come back later anyway.
I like this post. It solves the issue of there being too many bats and it being possible for Ricki to get attacked nicely. It does risk losing the wolf spider but I don’t think it’s a huge risk. Given all the other targets.
Future planning: Somebody needs to remember to pick up the ring of keys from the ground before leaving for the tower.
Turn 29 is probably Lohk and Mac grabbing keys and candy to bring them up the
mountaintower, while Ricki and Lara assault the scorpion.
