Ricki finished a dungeon! She can gain one new ability from this list:
Ambush I: +1 Atk when attacking a target that hasn’t interacted with a character previously.
Backstab I: +1 Atk when attacking a target an ally is also attacking.
Crossbow Proficiency: +1 damage when wielding a crossbow or similar weapon.
Dagger Proficiency: +1 Atk when wielding a dagger or similar weapon.
Improvisation: Can use any type of dagger in place of Thieves’ Tools. Daggers always break when used this way.
Sneaky I: Once per dungeon can become undetectable by enemies until end of turn. Can’t be carrying any item of weight 3 or higher while sneaking.
Steal I: Once per dungeon in place of attacking, can try to take one item from an enemy. An item that is carried but not wielded or worn has a 100% chance to be taken successfully. An item that is held or worn has only a 50% chance to be taken successfully. Items have a -10% chance to be taken for each point of weight heavier than 1.
Trap Detection III: Can spot well hidden traps and point them out to allies. Automatically avoid poorly hidden traps.

Sneak.
So many times in previous dungeons it would have been useful to scout a room without risk or get past enemies to do a task. With chameleon gloves we can guarantee to get back out again.
Backstab !
for when we really want someone dead,
Conditional +1 is pretty outshined by other things at this point
Ultimately, id say ambush is better as it gives us a better chance to take out 2 enemies at once when splitting attacks
Ambush 1
This dungeon we often tried to split attacks to take out multiple enemies at once. This would help us accomplish that
For Trap Detection III, does the “automatically avoid poorly hidden traps” part only apply to Ricki or is it a benefit to the whole party…? If it’s a whole-party buff then it might be useful for situations where we want to have people split off and don’t necessarily want Ricki to have to hand-hold them through a bunch of traps, but if it’s Ricki only then it sounds kinda pointless.
Probably just for Ricky. In earlier dungeons, we’ve had to point out traps in the comments, or Ricky would fall into them. She also was sometimes even not able to see them (iirc – webs), until she got better TD skill. If we pointed them out, then she avoided them, but that as never automatic.
And with TD-2, if Ricky as in the same room as other characters, we could tell her to tell them to avoid them. TD3 doesnt say anything about others, like TD2 does. It only says ‘avoid’, so most likely only Ricky. Maybe it will extend to others ith TD4, but I kinda doubt. I think TD4, if it even exists, only makes ‘autoavoid’ on ‘all traps except very-well-hidden’.
