Amadeusz opens the second chest and finds a pair of interesting gloves, though he isn’t properly equipped at the moment to make maximum use of them. The three winter wolves continue to attack him, but they’re now biting rather than using their breath weapons. He still manages to avoid taking any damage.
Amadeusz returns to the room above.
“Okay, everyone; time to get serious.”
Ricki, Lara, and Cordy gather together to focus their energy with Ricki’s Grit ability. Things are looking rough, but when aren’t they? They’ve still got this dungeon in the bag! Lara and Cordy each recover 3 HP.
The nearby ice wisp attacks Lara but deals no damage.

Plan: Prep for Ambush
Ricki: Avoid the trapdoor, Move up. Guide Amad through the Pressure Plates. Move Down and point out the pressure plate again to Amad. Go loot a torch.
Amad: Move left. Avoid traps Ricki points out. Move down and avoid the last trap. End turn next to Wanted sign.
Cordy: Break the other torch off the wall. Hide the remains.
Lara: Move left. Equip Tower shield and sting a regular bat (the one closest to you)
If the Justicar is moving up towards us, Lara is stinging the bats to delay the patrol. She has Poison Def so can tank all the bats and even the wisp (if it targets her). Either way, she will have eyes on the area immediately above the Justicar’s room and we will know for sure if he is coming towards us. No torches means a miss chance for the guards.
If Justicar is NOT seen, then we can wait and ambush the patrol in the torchless room first before moving down towards Justicar.

I dont think focusing on torches is best when supreme justiciar and the sunhead both light up the room. And a regular justiciar leading a patrol can too(I dont think theyre dumb enough to bring a patrol without a justiciar to deal with wisps in the wisp dungeon).
Also, we dont want to hurt these bats, just wake them up so they take longer to kill for patrol.
Ricki: Avoid the trapdoor, Move up. Guide Amad through the Pressure Plates. Move Down. Attack wisp with magic sword.
Amad: Move left. Avoid traps Ricki points out to reach the bottom floor. Eat meat.
Cordy: Sting wisp to finish it off.
Lara: Ceiling walk to move left. Equip Tower shield and pull the bats off from their roost(without dealing damage/attacking if possible). Move right.
Torches are more of an gamble I agree. We should think about our next actions while we wait for confirmation
I’m so glad we didn’t bring Lohk, our caster, to this dungeon that’s all about magic and magic items. That was such a good decision, guys.
Amadeusz: destroy those gloves. They don’t seem very useful.
Daisy: attack the wolves.
Ricki: that blue jello is acting spicy, it must be cool mint flavor. Save it for Amadeusz. He has dog breath.
Everyone in the jello room stay still and wait for Amadeusz to come slurp the Jello.
