Exhausted from running for eight days without sleep, Ricki and most of her friends that went with her to the previous dungeon stumble into the manor while everyone else worries about putting away all their treasure and stuff. Botanya shows a lot of interest in the new garden in particular.

Inside, Ricki experiences a brief moment of satisfaction to see that all of the old warped timbers, peeling wallpaper, and broken furniture has finally been removed. This place is downright liveable now! As long as you don’t mind a bit of fungus!

But Ricki notices that Mac doesn’t seem to even notice the new renovations, even as he takes some food out of the ice box and starts rage-cooking it.

Ricki decides to talk to him.
