Ricki: Finish off the drunk?
Kamau: If Ricki knocks him out, swap a mug for the bucket and put it on, then interpose yourself at the snale so Ricki can cross safely. If Ricki doesn’t knock him out, do none of the above and attack him instead.
I’m not sure if this would work, as attacking means you can’t change into a new room afterwards. I dunno if that is true for known rooms, too.
(I quote: “Finally, although usually a character can move or act in any order, a character can’t move to a new room after attacking.” from https://dungeoneyes.com/how-to-play/ -> Attributes -> Mov)
Ricki: go up one room (avoid the glass) to take a peek on any wandering drunks, then go back down one room (avoid the glass again).
what happens if you give the next set of drunks a mug of beer? or set one inbetween them? do they fight each other for it? or pass out and thus save time/HP used in combat? We’ve got a near-infinite supply of the stuff at that upper faucet/tap.
Let’s go heal that dying man!
How? Healing potion only restores 2hp, and that man is poisoned.
Actually we do not know whever a healing-potion cures poisons or not
Turn 30 just says “some kind of healing”. We haven’t seen anything like an antidote, so the potion is our best bet.
If it doesn’t work, then I’d feel like we were misled, but it’s still worth trying.
Tell Kamau that we are going to try to save the dying man. Need to brave the snale attack one more time.
Right important to include the intercept part

Kamau: knock out the drunk with the torch.
Thanks, good to know.

I think those are “drunks” not “ale addicts”, so that would probably not cause an in-fight between them
