Dungeon 16 Turn 49

The party decides to wait until the last possible second to leave the dungeon so it will be extra dramatic. Botanya takes some of the party’s heaviest items and loads them all onto Golly, while Kamau uses the extra inventory space to pick up thirty-five corn cobs.
Ricki, Ix, and Kamau then climb up to the clouds above.
Ix and Kamau stop on the middle level, where Ricki drops her candy before climbing higher.
Ricki picks up two ordinary shields that she remembered were left up here (directly underneath the imminently collapsing sky fortress) which she absolutely, positively cannot leave behind.
Ricki: Double move back to the flower, escape the dungeon before it falls on top of us/before Botanya’s mom falls out from under us.
Ix: Pick up the candy and the corn spear and move back down to the exit with Ricki.
Kamau: Drop five corn (he was supposed to keep an inventory space free for the rope, but that wasn’t communicated properly) and loot the rope after Ricki and Ix get back down to the flower. Climb down the ladder, dropping down to the ground after dangling from the bottom rung to minimize fall damage, then exit with the others.
Botanya: Give Kamau a cheeky heal for the road using your Nectar ability (edit: and your Sunstone so we can see how much it boosts, good idea Darus) in case he OBLITERATES his knees and/or arm from that absurd maneuver with the ladder, then exit with the others.

Addendum: I feel like the comic becomes ten times funnier when we remember that only we can see the turn counter, and to everyone else in-universe (except Ricki, maybe) we’re doing needlessly borderline suicidal stunts for what amounts to pocket change.

But yes, 3 gold probably isn’t a big deal… Still, it would make for a more dramatic final dungeon turn.
