Ricki and Kamau begin the work of destroying the elemental eggs, insuring that the cultists’ plans cannot come to fruition. Each egg takes a couple of strikes to crack; each hero is able to destroy only one. Five remain.
Mac ties another rope to the ladder so he can make another escape route quickly.
The tyrant lizard continues to tear apart the floor in the room where she most recently heard a horn. Botanya quickly hurries away before she gets caught.
But for Macadamia, the party gathers once again. The sounds of the tyrant’s rampage can still be heard above.
Plan: Make an omelet
Rick, Botania and Kamau: climb down rope and move left. Each destroy an egg.
Daisy and Cody-7: Destroy an egg together
Sue: If, you know, you want people to like you more… now would be a good time to break an egg as well.
Mac: Climb back up up the ladder to the top left side and cower in the corner.
King: enjoy that meat you just uncovered. Yum!
Unsure if pets can also destroy an egg but worth a shot. Maybe Sue helps for story’s sake. Maybe we destroy all 5 next turn, but if not we should be good turn after.
Our only risk right now is if King decides to go for Mac. Hopefully meat will buy us another turn. Unless King breaks through the floor again to the feeding room lever…
In case that omlet-making and “Pacifism: Cannot attack.” would not go well together, Botania could create another flytrap (which then could attack an egg). Now include that without any “if”-clause, as disliked by fate…
I think they just take an action to destroy since things like Spider Webs are described as having hp/def. I’m also hopeful since Botania can throw a spear at a trap, so destroying an egg might fall under the same category as “Not attacking”.
Go up to the tyrant and ask him what his favorite egg dish is.
