Dungeon 15 Turn 1

Lara leads the charge against the killer spider below, but gets caught in a web. Despite that, she takes no damage from the spider’s attack, and with Amadeusz’s help she is able to defeat it easily. Ricki then quickly cuts her free before leaving the room to explore.
Sue uses a magic lens on the drider. They’re fairly tough, but the display on the lower floor should have been evidence enough of that. Sue also leaves the room, descending the ladder.

Ricki heads to the right of the entrance, and finds perhaps the most strangely shaped dungeon room she’s ever seen.

Sue explores a lower level of the dungeon. The halls here feel unusually narrow, even though they’re exactly the same size as they always are.

An arachnomancer that is seen to have failed the Goddess of Spiders, if they survive, will be turned into a drider. These creatures lack almost all trace of their former identities and intelligence but remain faithful servants. They can no longer cast spells, so instead they lead tamed spiders into battle. They are always hungry and will attack the smallest creature they can reach.

Plan: attack and scout.
Sue: move left into web. Lens cultist scout left after
Ricki: move left. avoid ladder trap and move down. Point out the webs to group. Destroy left web. Scout upper left after.
Wolf.move down and destroy right web. Move up after
Lara: move down and attack cultists with siege sword after web is broken.
Movement is a bit strange I know, but we are testing mechanics on webs. We just broke a web someone was stuck in and scouted after, but in burned temple Ricki could not move after breaking a web before Lara moved past.
We scout regardless of either outcome.
Cultist best choice to lens since they probably have abilities
Plan 2: Heavy Scout
Ricki: Move left and point out ladder and both floor traps to the party. Destroy the web Wolf gets stuck in Scout up ladder after.
Sue: Move up. Avoid ladder trap and Lens Tiny Spider
Wolf: Avoid Ladder Trap and climb ladder. Move left away from drider. Destroy the web you get stuck in. Avoid pitfall trap and Scout left.
Lara: Avoid ladder Trap and move right. Scout Right after along the bottom.
Alternate plan that gets us eyes on 3 new rooms. Everyone should be within movement range to act should we decide on a path. Also experiments with the web a bit to see if you can free yourself the same turn you get stuck in it.
