“This is the place. The library you want should be at the very bottom.”
“Do you know how much we have to get through to reach it?”
“Not sure, but I think it’s probably a lot.”
“This place predates the Empire.”
“Dungeon expansion slows beyond a certain size, but even so… we might be talking about thirty or forty rooms.”
“But you and me only have to worry about the ones with the books, Mac. Everyone else will take care of the rest.”
“Makes me wonder why we don’t bring the whole crew more often.”
“If we did, when would you get any reading done?”
“That’s true.”
“I want to know if they ever manage to get rid of that purple monster that haunts the elf…”

I know that’s probably a reference to WSWfG, but I can’t not think of AllNightLaundry#2350 🙂
I wonder what the gimmick for this dungeon is going to be? Last time the time limit was because Lara was cursed by the Goddess of Spiders and was going to transform if we didn’t find the ledger in time. In this case, since we brought everyone to essentially act as a distraction, I wonder if staying past the turn limit is going to start killing off party members or something…?
Maybe they’ll make too much noise while entering, and they’ll only have a limited number of turns before a librarian shows up to shush them. Permanently.
…..must we give LSN ideas?
“staying past the turn limit” I have this crazy, crazy idea: What if we, for once, would try to NOT stay after the turn limit but to finish as early as possible?
Oh, I agree, and in fact I often try to suggest treading on the side of caution- I was against staying up in the sky dungeon for as long as we did and wanted to vamoose without bothering to grab those extra shields, for example. I was just speculating on what this dungeon’s gimmick was going to be.
yeeah.. naaaah… xD
But kidding aside, that’s solid idea. Find out what we have to do. Do what we must. Open all chests and collect all loot. Uhm, I meant, get out asap.
