“Yep! It was a close thing, but you managed to hold on to the flower as it fell, and it took most of the impact.”
“You and your friends really are pros.”
“I’d laugh, except I think my head would actually split open.”
“Did you manage to get all the corn guys?”
“We got rid of their leader. And I’m pretty sure everything else in the dungeon either died or got trapped on a cloud.”
“Well, a job well done then!”
“Too bad about your fields here, though.”
“Yeah, but we all decided it would be for the best. The neighbours are gonna pitch in and help out whoever loses the most of their harvest.”
“your harvest will be fine”
“when this flower decomposes all the crushed plants will grow back fast”
“and bigger probably”
“Really? Well that’s awful convenient!”
“its just how plants are”
“Looks like everything worked out just peachy, then.”
“Everything tied up neat, with no loose ends.”
Awwww, the two harvest corn soldiers (that we spared) rescued the regular one (that we summoned) together!
I just hope the peas and the onions are not going to look for a fight….
Edit: and Princess begrudingly gnawing on a leaf – a tear in his eye, no less! – is also adorable.

yup, I think it as mentioned in the stream as the only ‘meat’ Princess could get
…or maybe I mistook it for the imp? imp could be ‘meaty’ too..
edit: actually, whoah. We have not discovered the room to the right of the big-bird, but considering layout of other rooms, it seems that we’d walk in a circle around it, and there’d be no obvious way to get there. I mean, if we knew where the small clouds were, we could even jump to it from the big-ladder room to the left, where the peas with crossbows were in the first place, but we wouldn’t ever do that, as we couldn’t known where’d we land, if we land at all.. It seems like the only way to actually get there in a normal non-suicidal way is either be pushed off on the three-clouds room over it and fall and get lucky, or ONLY by having a small/ish person kidnapped by onion in the lower-right room, AND letting it carry its victim moreless straight to the top-left ‘prison’ we never got to (‘straight way’ would be left-up-left-up or up-left-up-left zigzag, both of which pass through big-bird)
You know what.. geeesh.. that just feels sooooo improbable… like being eaten by a sassy lion on an island :>
When botania was looting the chest above the bird area I considered having her use rope to scout that room but we were getting ready to clear the keep and were short on time so I don’t regret that decision.
I do regret not advocating more to leave before t50 as LSN did confirm that the flower would not have been cut down if we had left earlier

The loose ends do not have any weapons, amour, equipment (except parachutes, which will wilt any time now) any longer.
