“Settle down, now. I remember that one from a few weeks back. She helped us out.”

“And look! She’s got that goblin girl and the tall fella with her, too.”

“Hello. How have you been doing?”

“Better than some others. These nice folks here just moved nearby after their town well went bad.”

“Our town’s been getting by okay since you folks rescued our bull.”

“Our little guy’s been doing great, by the way!”

“Nice to hear. But now we got another problem.”

“Since a little while back, the dungeon that used to be here disappeared. Bunch of rats ran out, but we got through that.”

“But this giant stalk thing is still here, and these plant monsters keep climbing down it and harassing people.”

“There wasn’t much we could do with the last dungeon except avoid it, but this business we can shut down pretty hard I figure.”

“By cutting down the flower stem.”

“Exactly. They can’t climb down if there’s nothing to climb, right?”

“If we can line it up just right it won’t even crush anything important when it falls.”

“Wow, sounds like you’ve got everything well in hand!”

“I have just one question though…”

“Go look for treasure first.”
