The return trip is uneventful. Ricki and the boys arrive back at the manor and find it oddly quiet.
“Where is everyone?”

“And it looks like they even found us some books to get started!”

“Did you know that, after you spent all that money to buy us a bunch of stuff to read, you went and took every single other person who CAN read off to the dungeon with you?”

“Sorry. Every other person who can read OUT LOUD.”
“They don’t sleep either. It’s been story time for almost seventy-two hours straight.”

It’s always nice seeing the JerkWithAHeartOfGold socialising,even at the expense of her sleep.
Also,the MANOR page hasn’t been updated,it still shows the library in disrepaur (atleast as of 10:15 on the Wednesday/20th of the 3rd month,of the year 2024…)
I can already see the library in good (repaired) condition, but I can’t see the promised upgrades it was supposed to unlock.
Updates of “Maps” and “Archive” are also pending, but one thing at a time. – What is that in the kitchen, on the lower right? A place for Phoenix, because we have no chicken coop?

I’m aware,but I always thought he had an impediment of some sort due to misspelling the word “ringsmith” (PLUS,it’d be fitting given their nature as the resident Butt-monkey).
Mac has shown to be very cultured.
No, smithing would be using a hammer to shape metal. He does Smiffing, which is using Dungeon magic to imbue enchantments into rings.

I was thinking that for the next MANOR uogrades,we take:
KOBOLD DEN
UNDERGROUND MINE-ROOM
MAMMOTH PADDOCK
for a total of 85 coins.
Assuming the bonus of UNDERGROUND MINE-ROOM takes place as soon as constructed, I.E. before the KOBOLD DEN is finished when we buy BOTH upgrades,then we can forget the PADDOCK & only spend 61 coins for the upgrades.
The Plate&Chain Armor,Arrowcatcher,Fun Recipe & any Helmets should provide most of the necessary cost,+ the coins received from Labour.
I don’t know if there’s anything else worth selling…
I sugest we do some brainstorming here,before Paws comes along.
Either way the KOBOLD DEN will be a great help in the future.
Then it’s off to (hopefully) the Cursed Well.
The bonus does not work that way. We’d have to take the kobold den on a separate trip to gain the benefit.

I probably would,but I never installed it.And I don’t have a microphone like a lot of others do…my younger sibling would likely love it there IF it featured MLP or weeb-shit.
You can also access Discord via web browser. The discussion at “this” Discord is by writing. When people from very different time zones participate, this is much easier. Also, “English” as spoken in different places over the world has some differences while written English is more “standard”.
