Dungeon 17 Turn 7

Mac passes through the room Ricki is in while she reads the text of the blue-covered books. They seem to include, among other things, the continuing history of the kobolds who lived here, and some figure Ricki assumes to be the dragon that ruled them.
“All is not well. The Glorious One has taken to consuming the writings of the library. She dictates that we must record our history of exile that She will ever have more to devour. We have no hope for survival but to indulge her whims.”
So far this is sounding pretty close to the stories Macadamia told her before. She was hoping she’d find… well, something different. But there are still a lot more books. She’s not ready to give up just yet.
Ricki has gained the Well Read II ability.
Mac throws his javelin at another one of the flying books, but misses as it flaps through the air.
MAC!
Throw with your eyes OPEN! lol
Plan: caution
Ricki: point out the trapdoor to Mac. Avoid it and move right. Attack one of the red books
Mac: avoid the trap and move right.
Reason why I’m not reading blue book: worm would attack and with the green books parting attack that’s a lot of dmg since Mac has a scroll on him.
Reason why we’re not using dig: that may make noise and the blue book may animate. Ruining macs chance at well read.
Also don’t want Mac to get near the red books. 3 of them attacking him would be fatal, or set us back a few rounds
