Dungeon 14 Turn 47
————

Botanya lifts Ricki up on her shoulders in an attempt to reach the creature on the ceiling, but she can’t get high enough! Kamau and Macadamia together are able to deal significant damage, however. Kamau takes 1 unblockable damage from being chewed on.
The tortoise heals the chameleon substantially, but not nearly enough to erase all the damage taken. The tortoise rider attacks Botanya, who had to stow her shield to lift Ricki, and deals 2 damage. Kamau’s stress over his friends’ wellbeing begins to outweigh the pain of being devoured alive…
Plan: Keep at it!
Kamau: attack the Holy dragon again!
Mac: Throw your Shocktail at holy dragon as far back as you can.
Ricki: Throw your death dagger with a Tyrant Fang at the Holy Dragon.
Botania: Get your pet to attack the rider again. Reequip your tower shield.
Shame Lifting didnt help. Sadly we cant get Mac up on higher ledge without remorsing Kamau.
Here’s hoping the extra dmg from Fang and dagger is enough to take out the holy dragon.
Plan: Keep at it! Revised
Only change is adding plant attack in hopes it distracts rider from going after mac

Botanya: Wield your Tower Shield. If you can reach, heal Kamau for 3 with your Nectar ability.

Ricki is attacking the Dragon Rider with unblockable damage to potentially draw aggro away from Kamau, and to potentially cause the Salveshell to heal its rider instead of the Holy Dragon.
Just one thought: since didn’t one-shot the yellow lizard, we’ll probably have hard time killing the turtle right now (at least 40 atk needed, plus any bonuses it has), especially without Kamau. But maybe it’s wiser to get rid of the rider first to minimize damage potential to the rest of the team..
Turtle does 5 dmg. Yellow lizard is focused on Kamau, and will do 1 unblockable dmg. Kamau’s armour can keep him alive indefinitely, unless rider stabs him. Turtle won’t reach. And unless “chewing damage” increases turn by turn of course. And I think we saw something like that at one time.. was it crab holding someone in its claw?
Ok, so maybe better focus on Kamau. What can go wrong?
Oh. Falling damage! Lizard will do its chewing, Kamau is up there, our of turtle’s reach, but if we manage to kill the lizard, Kamau will fall – will take additional damage from falling. At least he shouldn’t be able to be targetted by rider+turtle this turn, since yellow lizard has to die first to release Kamau.
I think Botanya definitely should start using whatever healing wands she has on Kamau.
“I think Botanya definitely should start using whatever healing wands she has on Kamau.”
Can’t (yet):
Wand of Heal: Can only be used once per dungeon. – Used them.
Wand of Mend: Can heal 1 HP to a nearby ally that has 3 current HP or less. – Kamau has 4 HP (yet).
Plan: give up!
