Hard to say, but I’m really hoping these are the evidence chests, and there will be fruit inside (to heal). I cannot think of anything to do except try to convince the prisoner to escape or this, since you have no picks (hopefully there’ll be several somewhere, maybe the dead thieves?) and you are already injured. Retreating is probably as likely to kill you as staying.

Yeah, stay with it for another turn. How many more HP can it have?
When it’s dead we should push its body under the keys and stand on it to reach them.

Okay, change of plans. After doing some reading of past pages, I noticed a few things
> The rat squeaks in anger as Ricki attacks it, taking some damage but not the full brunt of her strike.
The rat has defense, meaning we’re only doing 1 damage to it when it does 1 damage to us
> Ricki notes that the dire rat is slowly weakening.
I think this means we’re not even at 50% hp yet. Ricki will die before we kill it.
> Cell 2A – kobold, held for drunk and disorderly conduct. release in morning. We never visited this cell, maybe he’s there and sneaking (a la Peanut kobold stealth).
With this knowledge: Ricki: run awayyyyyyy bravely run away away
I have been informed that the same page with the entries said they’re mostly outdated, so this won’t do anything
The other option I can think of is Ricki: Quickly! Run past the dire rat and open one of the chests and grab whatever’s inside! If it’s fruit, you can eat it!
