Dungeon 16 Turn 6

Botanya uses her chameluxeon mittens to easily cling to the fluffy underside of the large cloud and move to the right while Kamau holds her safety line. She barely gets close to the lower platform when the giant carrot charges forward, knocking both the dropped heavy shield and its entire self out of the dungeon and down to the ground below.
It makes a noise as it falls. You know, a carroty type of noise. You can imagine it perfectly.
Botanya climbs back to the flower.
While Botanya gets untied, Ix passes time by taking potshots at the corn knight on the cloud above. Again it does some minor damage, but it seems like it’s going to take a long time to destroy it this way.
Ricki takes some time to examine one of the smaller clouds more closely. She knows they can hold a creature, and also that they can dissipate if they take damage. As for how much stress they can withstand, she has no way of knowing. She thinks she’d have to climb onto one or hit one with a weapon a few times to get a better sense. All she knows for now is that Ix and Toaster together can destroy one with their ranged attacks combined, but that the cloud looked like it might have held up against just one of them.
Ricki: Move right, use lockpicks to unlock cage. Drop your stack of poison glands and both sets of lockpicks on the ground to make room (and possibly chuck one set off of the side of the cloud, if you feel like it. Wonder where it will land?)
Botanya: Move right, interact with Flytrap. Take out the double crossbow and a stack of bolts from Golly’s inventory in preparation to give them to Ricki, temporarily storing your tower shield and a lens.
Kamau: Move left, interpose the pea gang.
Ix: Move left, throw javelin at one of the knife-wielding peas.
Toaster and Princess: Target the same knife-wielding pea.
Molly and 45: Contemplate how unnerving it is to be this high up. Or make dour expressions at each other.
This gets the Flytrap out of its cage, sets Ricki up to help kill the Corn Knight with Ix in a few turns, and starts combat with the pea gang. Next turn Ricki can come help Kamau and Ix finish off the peas.
Plan:
Kamau: move left and cleave peas with hilt and garden gloves. Start with a dagger one.
Ix: move left and throw shock tail at the last pea Kamau hits with cleave.
Toaster: shoot the first pea Kamau targets.
Botania: move right and interact with flytrap.
Ricki: move right and unlock cage.
I’m not too worried about onions as their grab attack has to be in melee and we can probably bait them down and kill them. We can switch ricki to range mode later maybe
