The next several days are spent resting and recuperating before tackling the next dungeon. The most notable event is the dinner party to welcome all the new kobolds that have recently moved onto the manor grounds. Mac is happy to cook for so many of his people, some of which haven’t had a proper meal in years. The kobold family from the Imperial capital also bring a few dishes to fill out the spread.
Despite a few mishaps, everyone has a wonderful time.
Would you look at Daisy and Princess cuddle-sleep-piling on the couch? ADORABLE!
I also like how the kobold kids seem to prefer coxxys head to their new and shiny ball, how Cordyfive seems to be left out of playing with the ball and how one of the kobolds seems to have a magical encounter with one of the books (with Kamau being a good mom and yanking them away before anything worse happens). Oh and the tiny pink tongue Lohk is showing at the sight of a dish that (I assume) one of the kobold families brought.
Somehow, Sue appears to be napping with part of her head in front of the floor. I suppose it’s no real surprise she’s not impeded by the fourth wall.
Yeah she’s always gonna be a little bit out of frame, I think
Also I really want that to be her huge eyelashes under shut eyes, but I can’t help seeing low half-open eyes on her.
But where’s the sixth kobold child? (I6P14)
