Sue and Lara rejoin the rest of the party, who then work together to clear the rest of the webs from the hallway.
Sue uses the wand of mend to restore 2 HP to Lara.
Ricki explores to the right, once again ready to scope out the archnomancer high priestess, but once again she’s nowhere to be seen!
Ricki had thought she was better at pinning down spider-themed women by this point.
The moment we realize Ricki is a fan of Frank Cho’s art.
Plan: Smash and Grab.
Ricki: Point out the web to the party. Go loot the chest. Move left. Move up after.
Lara: Move Right. Break the Web and move near the gargantulas after.
Wolf: Move Right and Break the Brazier. Move left after.
Sue: Move Right and throw the shocktail at the Brazier.
This clears the Brazier and loots the chest. Mini Gargantuals can do 11 dmg max so Lara can still tank 2 with no risk. (Her def is 24 vs poison).
We definitely dont want to engage priestess in this room so we’re going to break the brazier. That will leave us with only 3 so we have a 50/50 chance every 5 turns to ambush priestess. Bottom Right looks like another decent place to ambush.
Moving Ricki this far will get her within range of casing Priestess if she is lower left.
Plan: Slightly improved smash and grab
Daisy can destroy web so Lara can do something else.
Also better positioning for next turn.
Ricki: Point out the web to the party. Go loot the chest. Move left. Move up. Move left.
Daisy: Destroy the web.
Lara: Move Right. Go past the gargantulas. Think about if our pets could have a new friend if we gently free and mend the morsel. Then move left, grabbing Sue along the way.
Wolf: Move Right and break the Brazier. Move left.
Sue: Move Right and throw the shocktail at the Brazier. Get carried left.
Not sure whats the best action for Lara. If anyone has better idea, plz reply and I’ll try to edit.
My concern is how daisy and Ricki are doing their actions apart from each other but ah well…
We did the “Daisy bust a web while Ricki do stuff past it” thing fine on turn 31. She just had a mouthful of webs while following Ricki.
