Ricki joins Kamau’s battle against the golem (with epic soundtrack provided by Amadeusz), each of them taking 1 damage but managing to take down the giant in the process. Kamau drops his warhammer in order to make space for another golem core. He also gains a second point of Remorse from Ricki getting caught in the golem’s attack.
While standing on the parapets, Ricki notes that this seems to be the border of the dungeon. She can see the ground below. If she used a rope, she could escape the dungeon from this room… though the rope would not be going with her.
Mac opens up one of the chests on the roof and finds a longbow inside. It’s so long, in fact, that he doubts he could use it to full effectiveness with his stubby kobold arms. Still, he hangs on to it. He also finds 12 arrows, but he can only take 6 of them.

2-handed. Can be used to fire arrows. Deals 5 damage at range, or 4 damage if used by a Small character.

Longbow is great. We can use it to one turn kill golem at no extra cost as well as provoke the bugs into the web below.

The longbow can also be used to launch an arrow. If that arrows happens to hits a pigeon, that pigeon does not fly away and fetch additional soldiers.
Did Ricki just rip the head off of the golem? …I’m just going to assume that she did, and that the epic soundtrack Amadeusz is providing comes from MGR:R.

That longbow has beyond nutty stats. Compare to the holy headpiece we had!
… Does Kamau not get remorse for Ama taking damage or did I miscalculate from that time he got hit way earier?
Amadeusz hasn’t taken damage yet this dungeon.
Just a thought- is there a ‘room’ to the left of this room that we can access by going left of the currently unopened chest? The left side of the top floor doesn’t have a wall blocking us from going that way, so it might lead to another external roof area which would be above the entrance to the dungeon, if I’m remembering right.

To the left of the chest is a fall that would let us escape the dungeon, if we have a rope.
I had presumed that the escape route would go to the back, not to the left. With Ricki’s movement rate she cout have put her head to the left, looked at that room (if any), “returned” to this room, and still looted the keys.
I’m fairly sure there is a “room” to the left of here, but we can’t reach it (currently), as it is all walled off. (notice the thick black line left of the chest?)
If we had brought a pick (and something for our chars to stand on) we might have been able to collapse the “indented” ceiling (located one room down AND left of here), to access the “room” to the left that way.
iirc, Macadamia has some kind of skill that he could pick on level-up, that allows him to demolish a wall (like the one left of the chest), but he hasn’t got that one yet.
