Intermission 9 Page 9

“Seriously? Isn’t this super dangerous?”
“The mutual bond between goblin and worg, forged over thousands of years of partnership, remains powerful despite centuries of imposed separation.”
“You’ll be fine, Ricki.”
“Am I doing it right?”
“Yes, I think so.”
the waggg
it’s worg. it’s woggg 😀
Careful, that’s a racial slur.
Seriously? I had no idea. I’ll check. Thanks!
I’m confused. The worg has been added to the “characters” page, but Amadeusz hasn’t?
And YAY, more adorable canines! <3
Also, I imagined the track “Forbidden Friendship” (from the HTTYD soundtrack) as background music to this. At least the small part of it, where Hiccup “offers” his palm to Toothless with very similar body language as Ricki is displaying here. *goosebumps* 😀 😀
Well, Ricki hasn’t petted Amadeusz (yet).
Here’s the Worg we could’ve recruited in the Manor if we hadn’t been too terrified of Lohk’s imminent death to approach. A sidegrade to Daisy, stronger in combat but providing lower Move and no Defense bonus.
Pets are much less impressive since buying Cordy and stocking a big crop of mushrooms. +1 Labour, for all the people excited about passive income.
But she has taken his hand (the one offered on page 6 of this intermission, when Amadeusz kneeled before her to pledge his allegiance to her), you can see them still “holding hands”, after he stood up again on page 8.
So: no “petting” but they shook on it. I would have very much expected his stats to become visible/his entry to show up on the “characters” page, after she accepted his offer to join in such a way.
xD you’ve just made me want to go back through all the panels and see which party members were actually petted/patted/etc by Ricky so far 😀
Yes! The approval wag!
Petition to name the worg as Lupus Lazuli if not already named. Credit to Hologram Golem
We should name the warg Periwinkle to keep with the flower theme from Daisy. Periwinkles are blue flowers, so it goes with the ward’s color and has a convenient nickname.
P is for Pierce! E is for Eviscerate! R is for Rupture! And what’s the I for..? Injure!
