“…Is that one of the things Ricki got you?”
“Yeah. A special knife that doesn’t shake the plate around.”
“It’s a lot easier to use than a normal one.”
“How about you? New clothes?”
“There was a bunch in my room that she picked out for me. I think this combo was my favourite.”
“It looks good.”
“Thanks.”
“why is Macadamia crying”
“He feels bad for cooking Molly.”
This is the right thing to do to push those apartments.
Even if this dungeon delving is short lived, we’ve made a difference.
Petition for this to be Lara’s new default outfit.
Absolutely!
I absolutely LOVE Lara’s clothes (though I did think it was her PJs) and how Kamaus tongue sticks out as he uses the new knife! It’s a lot easier to use (according to him), but it still takes concentration.
And “yay” for the confirmation that they are at least not letting Mollys death be wasted. This way they will always be with the remainder of the group (save for Botanya, who didn’t have a plate, because she’s a plant and doesn’t need to eat like that, I assume).
I approve this new outfit. <3
Lets do mac and lohk rooms next!
I wonder what kind of terrifying backstory Mac has.
The terrifying part of Mac’s story is after he met us.
Kamau showed us how you can live pretty well in the Empire if you aren’t on the subjugation list. Macadamia was set up to do well, without protagonist presence then he’d be responsible for the death or arrest of the kobold family in the Warrens but the guards would’ve kept him safe and wiped out the bandits and cult (and likely carefully kept a couple of monsters alive so they could keep farming the dungeon for rings). He probably wouldn’t even be aware of the fallout, and Chester could’ve moved in with him. Chat with one goblin though…
I imagine that his story will have nasty implications that Macadamia is too naive to grasp. Otherwise, I predict it’ll be one long list of what we ruined for him.
We saved him from being basically enslaved by the Emperor. If not for us, he was probably gonna succumb to dungeon madness while producing magic items for the emperor’s goons.
Lohk: [Humans] tend to think their share is awfully large
Three plates. Wonder how much the larger people will go back for
The small detail was hilarious
