Well this is going to be a lot for Ricki to process. I mean it is on someone else’s orders, but he is still *the* person who ended the last little bit of freedom from the empire the goblins had. If it hadn’t been him, it would have been someone else, but this is still a lot for both of them to carry around.
Hmm, looks like a different mountain range from Lohk’s preview. Similar feel, though.
Is he carrying a severed head there? Doesn’t look like he was wearing a helmet in the fight, at least not one with horns. Looking back… That does match up with an Imperial helmet.
It could be the same mountain range, but from the other side or simply a different angle. After all, Lohk was running away, so that would preferably NOT be in (extention of) LoS of Kamau.
I wonder – presuming Lohk was there and she was running away that night – if Lohk would have been able to recognize Kamau. I’m almost sure she did not, or else she masked it really well, when she met him in their little camp in the city, simply displaying her regular repugnance towards humans in general instead of a more specified hatred against the one that wiped out the remainder of that settlement single-handedly (no pun intended, Kamau still had 2 arms back then, after all).
My take is that Lohk was off-camp when the attack happened (Goblins are nocturnal, she could.have been off picking herbs), and returned after the attack (she’s slow), and that’s why the sun is higher in the sky in her scene. A single baby, if it doesn’t cry, can easily go unnoticed.
The shape is entirely different, three rounded peaks instead of a distinctive tapering range which was more one big triangle with bumps. A mirrored version would tell quite the story.

Also he wasn’t murdering all babies, he was killing all hostiles. Anything too small to stand or hold a weapon probably wouldn’t register.

What is he carrying in the last panel?
It looks like his helmet
It was confirmed his helmet by LSN on discord
This explains the ‘He’s even worse than they said’ line from one of the guards back in the tavern dungeon.
